Lesley Devitre has been held in high regard throughout the Packaging/POS industry over the last 18 years. She has worked closely with large FMCG Marketing teams and is dedicated to managing Brand image, building Brands and ensuring Brand consistency.
Lesley has been responsible for managing both packaging and POS from creative concepts through to print management for blue-chip clients such as Tip Top, Unilever, Nestle, Wattyl, Coles Supermarkets, Eveready, Sanitarium, Sony and Beiersdorf. She was the Global Account Manager for Johnson & Johnson, Heinz and Coca Cola where she introduced innovative solutions and processes designed to reduce the costs of duplicated designs and ensure brand consistency.
Qualified with a Business Management Diploma, Lesley’s career has been focused specifically on the Packaging/POS/Print Management industry. She is a multiple winner of the prestigious POPAI Award and four Gold Australian Print Awards since 1988. Her high level of professional standing has been recognized through her appointment as a Judge at the Annual POPAI “Outstanding Merchandising Awards” since 2003.

Carey McMahon has had an extensive career in retail, technology and industrial marketing in over 40 countries. During the last twenty years, Carey has been involved in a myriad of above the line and below the line promotional events and activities. His natural creativity and focus on innovation has seen the development of many promotional activities that have successfully achieved significant business outcomes.
His professional career has included roles as President of an American-based software company and Managing Director of an Australian listed public company.
Carey has a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
